What to bring: Results of the VIA questionnaire

In this resource-oriented mindfulness workshop, you will get to know your character strengths and are encouraged to build a new relationship with yourself and contact the moment in a way that is flexible, fluid, and voluntary. We will also explore impulses on how to harness both our mindfulness and strengths to help us move through difficult experiences and live a more fulfilled life.

This workshop might help you connect deeper with your good qualities, those of others, and life itself while providing tools to buffer against stress. Just come as you are. We start from where you are and you are warmly welcome to join. However, bringing the results of the VIA questionnaire that shows your strengths profile will help you deepen your workshop experience and make sense of the framework faster, so please bring it with you.
