About the event

Do you experience your relationships with your friends, parents, partner and people in the work environment as valuable and important? In psychology, relationships are seen as an important resource. However, everyday stress can have a negative impact on relationships. Good communication and conflict management can make it easier to cope with stress together. This workshop by Paarlife gives you an introduction to this topic. The specialist input is intended to encourage self-reflection and sensitization to the effects of stress on relationships. Based on concrete case studies, you can apply and test the specialist input in small groups.
