Body & Mind in Daily Life
How often do you move while you study? How intense is your back pain during the exam period? Research shows how much body and mind are in constant interaction with each other. And yet we spend most of our day sitting with only little movement which can affect the way we think and feel.
In this workshop we did practice new habits for movement, posture and well-being you might benefit from in daily life, during/between university lectures and in front of the screen.
