Why is self-compassion important? Why or how does it work? And how can you practice it?
In this introductory workshop on self-compassion with Emilia Vasella (Psychological Counseling Services), we did address all of these questions. We did also look at what gets in the way of self-compassion, such as judgment, blame and shame. Saying yes to yourself will help you see more clearly what nourishes you and move toward the sustainable change and development you seek.
