Suicidal crises - commitment to all people

Why is a courageous commitment worthwhile for everyone? Does this have anything to do with mental health? We will answer these and other exciting questions together in this workshop.  The focus is on three areas of the niche topic of mental health and suicidal crises. We will try to understand from the perspective of those affected how a suicidal crisis had to come about. We gain an insight into how those affected can ensure, in the sense of empowerment, that they and we are doing as well as possible, even in difficult moments. And we go into the question of how and with which words it should/can/may/must be discussed?
